Collection of general information
When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider and similar. This is exclusively information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. This information is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver the website content you have requested and is mandatory when using the Internet. Anonymous information of this kind is statistically evaluated by us in order to optimize our website and the technology behind it.

Embedded YouTube videos
We embed YouTube videos on some of our websites. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is established. YouTube is informed which pages you visit. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.
When a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behavior.
If you have deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google Ad program, you will not have to expect any such cookies when watching YouTube videos. Google Ads
Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you have reached our website via an ad placed by Google, Google Adwords will set a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can refuse the setting of a cookie required for this - for example, by setting your browser to generally deactivate the automatic setting of cookies or to set your browser to block cookies from the domain "googleleadservices.com".

Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager is a solution with which we can manage so-called website tags via an interface (and thus integrate Google Analytics and other Google marketing services into our online offering, for example). Use of Google Remarketing
This website uses the remarketing function of Google Inc. This function is used to present interest-based advertisements to website visitors within the Google advertising network. A so-called "cookie" is stored in the browser of the website visitor, which makes it possible to recognize the visitor when he or she visits websites that belong to the Google advertising network. On these pages, the visitor can be presented with advertisements that relate to content that the visitor has previously accessed on websites that use Google's remarketing function. according to its own information, Google does not collect any personal data during this process. LinkedIn Insight tag
On our website, we use the LinkedIn Insight tag for conversion tracking (visit action evaluation) of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Attn: Legal Dept., Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland; "LinkedIn"). The LinkedIn Insight tag places a unique LinkedIn browser cookie (conversion cookie) in your browser and enables the collection of the following data for this cookie: metadata such as IP address, timestamp and page events (e.g. page views). These cookies have a limited validity. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, LinkedIn and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. The LinkedIn Insight tag also allows LinkedIn to collect data about visits to our website, including URL, referrer URL, IP address, device and browser characteristics (user agent) and timestamp. This data is transferred to LinkedIn, encrypted, the IP addresses are shortened and the direct IDs of LinkedIn members are removed within seven days to pseudonymize the data. This remaining pseudonymized data is then deleted by LinkedIn within 90 days. LinkedIn does not share any personal data with us, but only provides summarized reports on website audience and ad performance. LinkedIn members can specify the use of their personal data for advertising purposes in their account settings. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics. This tells us the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag.

Facebook Pixel
This website uses the so-called "Facebook pixel" of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or if you are resident in the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter "Facebook"), due to our legitimate interest (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR).

With the help of the Facebook pixel, Facebook is able to determine the visitors of our online offer as a target group for the display of advertisements (so-called "Facebook ads"). HubSpot
We use HubSpot, a service of HubSpot Inc. to statistically record the use of our website. Processing of applicant data
SlidePresenter uses the "Kenjo.io" solution to process applicant data and manage open positions. CVs, documents and correspondence as part of the application process are stored on Kenjo.io's servers, which may be located outside the EU. Kenjo.io is certified under the EU Privacy Shield. SlidePresenter has a business interest in storing and processing candidates' data as part of the application process. SlidePresenter will delete the data received during the application phase no later than 12 months after the last contact with the data subject (= the "Candidate"), unless the data subject has been hired by SlidePresenter or otherwise cooperates with SlidePresenter. If SlidePresenter intends to include the data subject's data in the talent pool, a separate consent will be obtained before the data is stored.
By submitting the current application, you agree that SlidePresenter may store and process your data and other information (e.g. from professional networks) for the process of the application and for consideration for future roles (if these arise in the next 12 months). If you do not wish to be considered for future roles at SlidePresenter, you can inform us informally in writing and we will delete your data.
Use of the SlidePresenter application
By registering to use the web application offered by SlidePresenter ("Application"), you consent to the associated storage of your data. This is the e-mail address used during registration and - if created and/or processed with the Application - sound and image recordings of persons. This e-mail address is required to create and access the user account. The authenticity of this e-mail address is verified by an activation e-mail. You also give us permission to contact you via the e-mail address provided.

Fullstory
As part of the use of the SlidePresenter application, we use software from Fullstory to improve our product. The purpose of the software is to record analysis information in our software in order to improve the user interface and processes of the application, for example. For this purpose, for example, mouse movements or clicks are recorded. At no time is information about the content edited in the application recorded. In addition, the IP addresses of the users are anonymized so that no personal reference is possible. We have also concluded an AV contract with the provider that regulates the transfer of data.
