Once we have received your application, our Talent Acquisition team will review it and get back to you as soon as possible.

"Cultural" interview

Here you can present yourself. Come prepared, ask us questions and be yourself! The interview is about finding out whether we are a good match.

Manager interview

If we are convinced that we are a good match, we will have a video interview with your potential manager. In this interview, we would like to go into more depth and find out more about your skills.

On-site day

As it is important for us to get to know you personally and show you how we work, but also what your potential tasks could look like, we invite you to our office for 3-4 hours. After that, both sides will know whether we are a good match.

Welcome on board! If you have accepted our offer, you will be invited directly to our pre-boarding process so that you are prepared for the start.

Vor-Ort-Tag

Da es uns wichtig ist, uns persönlich kennenzulernen und zu zeigen, wie wir arbeiten, aber auch wie deine möglichen Aufgaben aussehen könnten, laden wir dich für 3-4 Stunden in unser Büro ein. Danach wissen beide Seiten, ob wir gut zusammenpassen.

Willkommen an Bord! Wenn du unser Angebot angenommen hast, wirst du direkt zu unserem Preboarding-Prozess eingeladen, damit du für den Start vorbereitet bist.

No problem! You can send us an unsolicited application and our Talent Acquisition team will check if we see any skills that could fit open or other positions.

Can I apply for more than one position?

Yes, you can, but you don't have to. Our Talent Acquisition team checks every application to see if it matches other positions.

In which language will the interview take place?

It depends on the position and the location you are applying for.

How quickly will I receive feedback?

We check all incoming applications daily and get back to you as soon as possible. You will hear from us no later than 7 days after you have sent your application.

Does the same recruitment procedure apply to interns/working students?

No, there is a shortened version of the process for these positions. After your application, you will be invited to an initial interview with the HR department and the hiring manager. This may be followed by a short virtual assessment (depending on the position) or an invitation to a short on-site meeting.
